I signed up for Altronics Computer Checkup Service and was highly pleased with the value I received. This is a unique service, Mr. Posse came with a checklist of tasks to perform on the computer and, in the process, found and fixed problems I had experienced for quite a while. When finished, he gave me a summary of the work done as well as recommendations for improving and protecting my computers.

I am a user of Altronics Communications’ Backup Service. I have been using them for more than a year
and the service has been reliable. They are constantly monitoring my system to make sure my backup is run periodically and that I don’t lose any data. Altronics also provides me with monitoring and support for my computer.

ElaineA while ago I had to leave town for more than a week and forgot to mention it to them. When I came back I had a number of messages on my machine asking me to contact them because my backups were not running and my computer was offline.
The computer had been off during my absence and that was the reason it was not running the backup. But receiving these calls gave me the confidence that I was being protected in a professional manner.

I have been using Altronics’ Backup Service for a while now and quite frankly it has been a painless experience. They logged onto my computer and installed the service for me, they configured it and they keep it going.

Knowing that my QuickBooks file and other important documents are being back up every hour or so gives me a sense of security that cannot be described.
